About Peter Borchardt Gallery
The Peter Borchardt gallery is one of the leading art galleries for international contemporary art in Hamburg. The owner Peter Borchardt - till 1995 manager of a fine art publisher - represents cutting edge as well as outstanding established artists, including Rainer Fetting, Helle Jetzig, Seamus Nicolson (GB), Eun Nim Ro (KO), Robert Schad, Rik van Iersel (NL) or Markus Willeke. Since 1997 the Gallery is located in the former malting Stilwerk close to the Hamburg Fish Market a historic red brick building dating from 1910 which established itself as the venue for architecture, design and art in the 1990's. This is where Art Gallery Peter Borchardt exhibits. The gallery is also represented at leading art fairs in Cologne, Frankfurt, Vienna or Miami.
